Omega Pipeline Company, LLC is a natural gas local distribution company (LDC) located at Fort Leonard Wood in Southwest Missouri. Omega operates under a ten-year contact with the Department of Defense and additionally markets gas to local municipalities and industrial customers.

Timberline Energy, LLC is engaged in the processing and transport of natural gas. Since 1982, the year of our staff's first methane recovery project and pipeline, we have a long and successful history of developing energy projects.

Mowood, LLC is a portfolio company of Tortoise Capital Resources Corp., the private equity arm of Tortoise Capital Advisors.
